- As known, the Sun sends to planet Terra enough energy to satisfy any need the humanity has now and
in the future. In order to underline this reality, an elementary example can be taken, this example refering
to an area of 1 sq.km, i.e. 1 000m x 1.000m= 1.000.000 sq m (1 sq km). If the local influx of solar energy
equals 860 w/sq m (0,86 kw/sq m), this means a total of 860.000 kw/sq km, a huge value which is very
important. Coming up from this simple count, American scientists determined that Manhattan, an island
from New York, which is the biggest energy consumer in the USA, receives from the Sun, in 24 hours, for
700 (seven hundreds times) more energy than humans need to satisfy all of them. On the other hand, this
means that any attempt to change this natural equilibrium is not only useless and, therefore, wrong, but
may lead to grave consequences. Indeed, to supliment the power of the Sun by burning fossils in order to
increase it, this does represent a dangerous deviation from this natural rule. Consequently, a lot of
warnings were addressed by the competent and powerfull world's scientists to the most adequate
leaders of the world, directly responsible for this deviation. As seen, of no avail since all these efforts
did not stop or reduce in any measure the course of events toward a final catastrophe.

- Consequently, the attached material, although having the same topic, as the above Title shows, must
come with some special characteristics in order to replace the present way of getting solar energy. This
is represented by the adoption of the present PV Cell modified so that both components of solar rays be
caught, this way its efficiency being more than double, but keeping at the same time its important
property of catching solar energy without moving parts, similar to the photosyntesis process. As known,
this direct process has two main advantages: first, using only Sun's energy does not pollute the
atmosphere (CO2, etc.), and second, it does not eliminate into it aproximately 3/4 of the heat necessary
to build up any object or to move anything from a place to other, or etc. Therefore, the build up Terra's
temperature does have two main consequences: first, the covering up of the atmosphere with a blanket of
emissions (C02, etc.),and second, the direct heat infusion into the atmosphere of the additional heat due
to the very low level efficiency of human activity. Both deviations from Nature laws lead to a
temperature increase. Differing from this important particularity and linking the present energetical
process to a GLOBAL WARMING threat, the use of a PV Cell is the only way which takes the necessary
heat to any process directly from a solar ray who naturaly contains it. Therefore, indiferently how low is
the efficiency of any process, it has no influence on a GLOBAL WARMING threat if SOLAR ENERGY is
used through improved PV Cells.

- Of course, many powerfull Scientists, Companies or Offices should opppose this conclusion, their
opposition being based not on the evident reality, but on the today fossils existence and, also of course,
on the existence of the adequate row material and technology. Since they have an infinite material power
being reach men, or companies, etc., it should be senseless even to try to change anthing in what they
think is right - their "right" even if this comes with a catastrophic death for all!

Also, the attached material proposes solutions meant for anihilate the existing altemances between
day-night (light-dark) and summer-winter (warmth-cold) and a new method of using solar energy into
the agricultural field, this way the present agricultural tractor, together with its polluting capacity, being
eliminated.

- Concluding, in the oppinion of any rational human being of this Earth, and in order to be applied
despite all criminal (so far) delays, the above solutions firmly need a direct, on the spot, participation of
all world's leaders since, as seen, this theme - THE USE OF SOLAR ENERGY - is worthy of their
participation and, thus far, they did not make any efforts to stop or, at least, to slow down it.

- That is why this message is addressed to the main leaders of the world for they are considered as being
the only force capable of changing the way some powerful men, companies, etc. think, although at stake
is the humanity's life. Maybe, this message is not drawn up by some representative man of a
representative world's force in this field, but, if the above warnings done by the world's biggest
scientists, and the attached description are right, it sholud not exist any hesitation in an immediate and
positive solution of this problem, indiferently from where it comes, FOR THE PROBLEM - A GLOBAL
WARMING THREAT - IS RIGHT AND URGENT !
